Hi I'm Adam Bennett, and I'm a motion designer who first used After Effects at university in 1999. It was a fantastic year for films (look it up. There's even a book on the subject), less so for motion design (then called motion GRAPHICS). Now motion design is everywhere. And films are not necessarily better, but definitely longer.
